Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be shipped via USPS standard Shipping Insurance is NOT included in the shipping price but it is offered and recommended. In the event of a damaged insured package please contact us immediately so that the situation may be corrected. If your order was not insured and it get's damaged or lost, Sarenzo Beauty will not be held responsible. All orders are generally shipped out within 5-7 Business Days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed during a sale may take up to 5 business days to process & ship. Time in transit is not controlled by Sarenzo Beauty and is 100% controlled by the USPS. That means from the time your packages leave our facility your orders will be delivered in the given times lines of the USPS.
