Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges accept in the event that a wrong item was shipped to you accidentally, or in the event that your product was damaged during shipment. You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to contact us at Info@SarenzoBeauty.com to let us know of the problem. These situations will be assessed each on an individual basis and you will be contacted via email with instruction on how and where to return any merchandice. If a package is refused a 15% restocking fee will be taken out of your refund. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us any time. Thank you!
