Q: What is your turn around time

A: Our Current TAT is 7 business days. Please remember we are closed on the weekend.

Q: How do I use my gift card

A: From your shopping cart hit the check out button. On the check out page the gift certificate area is above the section where you can enter your credit card number. DO NOT PRESS THE PAYPAL BUTTON FROM YOUR SHOPPING CART EVEN IF YOU WANT TO PAY WITH PAYPAL

Q: What do I do if I am having issues checking out 

A: Log into your account & then send an email to Info@SarenzoBeauty.com with all the details of why you can not check out. It is very important that you check into your account or we will not be able to see your cart or be able to help you. 

Q: My tracking number is not tracking

A: Please email Info@SarenzoBeauty.com include your order number & your tracking number so we can help with your tracking issues.

Q: My package says delivered but I did not get it.

A: We are sorry you did not get your package. You will need to contact your local post office & put in a claim with your local post master. It is important that they give you a claim number. They will have your driver retrack his route to find your package. 

Q: I recieved my package but my item was destroyed or incorrect

A: Please email Info@SarenzoBeauty.com please include your order number & a picture of your order. 

Q: How do I find my tracking number

A: Once your order ships a tracking number is automatically sent to your email. This email might go to your spam account. You can also sign into your account & your tracking number has been inputted into your account under that order number. 

Q: Do you refund shipping

A: We do not refund shipping. 

Q: Can I order a scent or product I do not see listed on the site

A: Not at this time we only sell what is listed
